Lawyers are the most prominent actors in criminal justice movies. This is mainly due to the unique construction and representation that has been shaped by cultural, cinematic and political factors. According to the Fisk classification these three factors can be divided into three levels of reality, representation, and ideology. On the reality level, the cultural issues that challenge the performance of lawyers have affected the representation of Iranian cinema lawyers. At the level of representation, Hollywood cinema based on the accusatory system has had a significant impact on the form of defense and the authority of attorneys in court. On the ideological level, the image of lawyers has also been part of a discourse that has sometimes played a part and sometimes opposed to ideology and power. Prior to 1997, lawyers were largely active in the fight against the corrupt imperial judicial system, but had no success in this regard. After 1997, female lawyers entered Iranian cinema with positive representations. Female lawyers are trying to deliver justice to women in a patriarchal system, but they also fail to achieve their goals. The present study seeks to root out the backgrounds and causes of such different representations of lawyers in post-revolutionary Iranian cinema.

The "dominant aspect" or "dominant element" is one of the fundamental concepts in formalism. It can be said that the dominant element is the prominent component of any work of art which affects other components and elements of the work and changes them; as a result, it makes the semantic centrality of the work and its structural coherence. The present study examines the dominant element in Mahmoud Dolatabadi's Works, based on "Jay -e- Khali -e- Saluch”. His works are important in various psychological and sociological aspects, but it seems the dominant aspect of these works is the "controversy of tradition and modernity” so that other issues, including violence against women and the identity crisis and poverty, have been more meaningful in the shade of the controversy. Based on the results of the present study, it can be said that various manifestations of this element (controversy of tradition and modernity) have been manifested in different forms of isolation, rejection, denial of will, identity crisis, and so on.

In order to obtain financial success, the risk of investment is very high, especially in short-life products like a movie. In the previous studies, linear and static models have been used to analyze the dynamics of this industry but because of their linearity, these models were not capable of analyzing the realities of the complexities and dynamics in the movie industry. Due to the tremendous importance of movie income for their investors, this research used a system dynamics model to forecast and evaluate the financial success of movies in the Iranian media market. By scrutinizing of the previous researches, as well as through in-depth interviews with six cinematic experts, this study extracts all the factors that may affect the sale of movies and evaluates the relationships between them. Results indicated that the most critical factor affecting the sale of a movie is the recognition of the target audience and to increase the success of a movie at the box-office, it is not necessary to spend much money for the presence of expensive stars. However, other factors, such as film marketing, holidays, critics and users' review and genre, have a significant impact on the success of selling these media products in movie theaters. Taken together, the theoretical and practical implications of this research in the field of cinema industry are discussed.

The thinkers in the field of childhood and adolescent studies are divided into two general groups, a group that believe in continuity in history, and another group, like Foucault, believes the history is a set of discontinuities. In this article, we aim to find out whether childhood and adolescence is a discursive phenomenon. The main objective is the discovery of the main mechanisms of the emergence of childhood in the modern world with the emphasis on the archeology of knowledge. The results indicate: first, Childhood Is a modern and discursive subject, second, Childhood is a discursive-historical phenomenon and three, like other discursive phenomena, Childhood is the product of the exclusion mechanism in the discourse of modernity. According to Foucault’s problematic discourse, we claim that childhood and adolescence are like madness and has a pre-history and post-history. In the pre-history period, we do not have a childhood phenomenon .A child is a modern phenomenon and most likely-under the influence of a variety of media-will disappear in the future.

The establishment of the European internal market has involved the cinematographic sector as a result of its economic nature. However, film, as a cultural medium, does not lend itself easily to the trends towards uniformity, inherent in the process of economic integration. This becomes visible in the relationship between national cinematographic legislation, reflecting cultural values, and the free market philosophy pursued within the European integration process. There seems to be a contradiction between national measures, which seek to correct the workings of the market, and the efforts to establish a European common market for audiovisual goods and services. This situation has been further complicated by the introduction of Article 151 into the EU legal order by the Maastricht Treaty, which recognised protection of cultural values as one of the EU constitutional tasks. However, it happened without calling into question the acquis communautaire on cultural matters. As a result, the audiovisual policy at the EU level is characterised by a contradiction between the economic logic of market integration and the goal of preservation of cultural diversity. The inherent conflict between these two objectives becomes very clear when looking at the development of the European film policy. This policy agenda creates an amalgam of two not easily reconcilable aims: promotion of cultural diversity and establishment of an internal film market. This horizontal tension is exacerbated by the clash between the European competition policy measures affecting the film sector and the national cultural policy considerations, which demonstrates how controversial remains the vertical power sharing within the EU. The aim of this paper is to investigate, on the basis of the European Commission policy documents and practice, these two-level tensions within the framework of the European film policy and draw conclusions for its future sustainability.

Celebrity culture is one of the basic concepts for understanding actions in the context of social media. Social media has a special ability to create celebrity culture. Among these, Instagram is of interest to researchers due to its image-oriented nature and the creation of an interactive space for users and celebrities. The purpose of this study, on the one hand, is to examine the celebrity culture and its consequences, and on the other hand, to examine the extent to which users or audiences follow the personal pages of celebrities. In this research, survey method and questionnaire technique are used to collect data. In the theoretical section, "Celebrity Culture Approach", "Celebrification and Celebritization Approach", "Celebrity Ecology Approach", "Celebrity Private and Public Space Approach" and "Psychological Approach to Advocacy and Celebrity" are discussed. Findings show that about 20% of Instagram users follow news and celebrity pages. The pages of domestic celebrity actors, singers and athletes are followed more than any other celebrity group. As a result, about a third of users follow the personal pages of actors and celebrity singers, and about a quarter of users follow the personal pages of athletes. Para-Social Interaction, identification and worship are the three main indicators of tendency to celebrities. Our study shows that approximately 47% of active users in this subject pay attention to celebrities; so that, in addition to the interest in Para-Social Interaction with them, they intellectually follow the values and attitudes of celebrities and behaviorally imitate their celebrity lifestyle.

It strengthens the adjustment and development of markets. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of mass media on the policy and tendencies of financial market investors. The target population was based on a survey in 2021 among 420 students with investment experience in the financial markets, which was selected by purposeful and non-random sampling and after collecting, 200 questionnaires were analyzed using the logit model. The results showed: a) Mass media leads to fluctuations in investors' tendencies and policies and affects their decisions. b) In the conditions of recession and crisis in the financial markets, the impact and penetration rate of news media is more than social and specialized media. c) while in the conditions of prosperity in the financial markets only, to adjust and carry out reforms in the stock market, the influence of news media is more than social and specialized media d) media news reports basically have an asymmetric effect in the sense that In conditions of market boom, investors pay more attention to optimistic reports and ignore reports that have negative signals. On the other hand, in the conditions of recession and lack of prosperity in the market, investors are more vulnerable to pessimistic media reports, and reports with active information do not have a significant and meaningful impact on their decisions. However, financial markets investors need to learn media literacy along with financial literacy in order to distinguish real news from fake news.

The natural desire of humans to have a meaningful view of the surrounding world and to escape from emptiness has caused religion to create a new and meaningful attitude to life as a factor in giving meaning to life. This approach, by presenting an emerging interpretation of man and religion, as well as the relationship between the two, seeks to understand man and the dimensions of religion, from vision and beliefs to behavior, habits, and religious customs. Religious rituals, as a factor for communication and unity of people have a decisive role in the social-cultural-identity structure. Surah Mubarakah Hajj, as the focus of Quranic rituals, includes culturally creating religious propositions in different dimensions such as politics, economy, culture, etc., each of which has its roots in the revelations and contents of the verses. Based on this importance, the current research aims to extract the cultural teachings of the rituals, with the analytical-descriptive method and relying on the inferential approach, it has tried to analyze the functionality of the cultural teachings of this surah and to explain the functional comparison of the rituals of Hajj with the era of Jahiliya. The findings of the research indicated that in Surah Hajj, we are faced with the conceptual propositions of correcting the harms and cultural deviations of rituals, and at the head of these reforms, restoring piety as a union of worldliness and religion to ritual has been taken into consideration.

Policy-making on the teaching of ethnic and local languages, like any other issue, cannot be based only on value and normative guidelines and without considering the requirements of the environment and strategic considerations. For this purpose, a research was conducted with the aim of identifying the driver factors and influential actors in the issue of teaching ethnic and local languages in Iran. In order to identify the driver factors, we used the method of “Cross Impact Analysis” using Micmac software, and for "actor analysis" we used Mactor software. As the most important results: to prevent the important group of "ethnic activists" from falling into the coalition of opponents of the political system; To continue the alliance with"Convergents who want to increase the ethnic share"; And also, in order to neutralize the factors of "ethnic nation-building" and "ethnic divergence", it is suggested that the policymaker should put aside his relative inaction in the issue of teaching ethnic and local languages and take control of the field with a deliberate action. However, the educational program of ethnic and local language and literature should not have the characteristics of "public" and "standardization" which is the main demand of "ethnic fighters" with the aim of nation building. On the other hand, the desired educational program should be "elitist", with the aim of identifying and flourishing talents and considering the preservation of different varieties of native languages as the linguistic heritage of the country and away from being influenced by foreign varieties.

Regarding cultural assimilation, subaltern cultures face a critical problem that is analyzed in the novels Ceremony and Almanac of the Dead by Leslie Marmon Silko and the novels Tracks and The Round House by Louise Erdrich. The characters in the novels resist the dominant culture's nodal points using counter-discourses that aim to negate, resist, and suspend them. Instead of simply accepting the hegemonic discourse, the subalterns construct and re-territorialize the meaning of the nodal points, using elements from their own cultures such as memories, storytelling, and folkloric songs. This creates contradictions that destabilize the dominant discourse's nodal points and reformulate its rules. The characters in both novels remember the residual elements that question and negate the dominant discourse, and use them to create faultlines that deconstruct the nodal points of the ideological discourse. The natural, the supernatural, and the real are combined to re-territorialize the field of discursivity, which opens up space and time for articulating new elements. Ultimately, this leads to the construction of a counter-hegemonic discourse that redefines and re-territorializes our discursive space.
