Iran is the tenth country in the world in terms of cultural heritage, human civilization and tourist attractions, but in terms of the number of tourists visiting the country, it is in the lower ranks. This research has used the depth interview technique to find out views of media, communication and tourism experts to address the obstacles and strategies for the establishment of tourism television in Iran. Fourteen experts, who are familiar with the subject, were interviewed in accordance with the principle of saturation. In one of the two important questions of this research, interviewees have been interviewed about the challenges and problems of launching a TV network and In another, the identification of the primary model of a tourism TV has been considered. The most important results are: The majority of the experts have identified the problems as legal, political, economic and professional. The legal problem relates solely to the exclusivity of radio and television. From the experts' point of view, professional issues include five categories of managerial, technical, human resources, audience engagement, and competition with state-owned television. The interviewees also pointed out that the financial and economic challenges including costliness of media production and the costly nature of the work of the media can cause economic problems in setting up a tourism network. From the perspective of experts, the pattern of this network of tourism is public media model; a media that needs to be focused on the audience and its programs should be produced and distributed according to the audience's needs.

Now a day’s jewel designers have been used motifs which have been taken from Persian traditional culture and typography. These types of motifs were led to writing motifs and development of discursive challenge about the identity of jewelry. The aim of this study is how new signs of “written motifs” have clearly appeared in Persian contemporary jewelry. This research has been done by the descriptive and comparative method based on Laclau and Mouffe's discursive analysis and then two group of jewelry which are inspired by “writing motifs” were analyzed by “semiotics of writing”. In conclusion, regardless of constraints of merely traditional decorative functions of the jeweler, the emphasis on the importance of the context of a written motif, the transmutation of massage to the audience and at last but not least conversion of jewelry to media are the main factors of the transformation of a visual motif to written motifs.

One of the most prominent aspects of future studies as a social technology is to visualize the desired future and design actions to realize that future. In order to shape the future social reality of intergroup spaces, we need approaches and tools that are mainly of the cultural element. They are rooted in the common symbolic history and values of a community. One of the most important of these elements is myth. In this article, first, using tradition of qualitative research by relying on the method of reflection and observation, the role of myth in constructing future mental images has been explained. Then, the two series of TV “Aab Pariya” (Water Fairy) and “Mahalleh ye Gol o Bolbol” (Flower and Nightingale Neighborhood) are analyzed using the mythical critique method to examine the media's capacity for recreating myths. The results of this study show that the mass media, as one of the cultural bottlenecks, have a high capacity to use myths to visualize the collective good future. But the important thing is to understand the archetypes. It is also an attempt to continually recreate the myths in the story; Stories that today's and tomorrow's generations can communicate with them.

Health literacy is a set of cognitive and social skills which determines people's motivation and ability to obtain and access information, understanding and using them to promote and maintain people's health. The importance of the interaction between media literacy and physical health literacy is so delicate that it will lead to the health or unhealthiness of a person. The present study was conducted in the statistical population of citizens over 18 years old in the city of Bandar Abbas with sample size of 384 people, using questionnaire and survey technique. Survey was analyzed through SPSS and Smart PLS and the foundation of communication, the dimensions of media literacy and physical health literacy were studied. In every society, mental and identical heritages used as culture and civilization are the real capital of the society. Customs, traditions and culture as well as scientific and cultural treasures and objective heritages of civilizations in every society have been existed because of time passing, cost in human capital and the effort of elites in every era and time. These heritages shape the identity and nature of society so it will be the reference in shaping the Groups, individuals and national identity in every community. So we should keep them, and let next generation use these heritages and know about their past and identity then the heritages will be productive and will be passed by generation now to future ones. Now a days we can see different generations have trouble with each other so it may cause some problems especially in transferring the huge cultural heritage in the society then the stability and continuity of the heritage may be faced some hazards. Sometimes these kinds of hazards are so much serious so the culture and social identity will be in danger of destruction. An obvious example of such situation can be seen in conflicts between different generations. It will be helpful if we try to study about the nature, background, circumstances, processes and consequences of such events, alongside functional studying of social organizations which are responsible for creating desirable relations between different generations. Universities can be one of those organizations so they can help cultural and social planners to keep the culture and civilization of the society dynamic. In this case, the main question is: what is the role of university in preventing the generation gap and the identity crisis? And how the universities can cause integrity as well as cultural continuity in the society by linking the generations? And what kind of methods and tools will be needed?

Researching on public culture or folklores is a measure to learn about the beliefs, traditions and myths of the people of old times and may be useful in self-cognition, self-confidence and eventually, identity achievement of the contemporary generation. A major part of society’s culture is represented in its oral literature. Therefore, such type of literature is extraordinarily along with the level of dreams, economy and beliefs of the public. Oral literature has unknown authors, but known narrators and in terms of contents, it includes perished or inaccessible dreams and expectations, myths, and individual and group beliefs of the people of the past, while some of these myths and beliefs are associated to supernatural creatures such as elf and fairy. When the mankind in the past failed to find a logical answer and in proportion to his/her knowledge, experience and expectations from his/her surrounding phenomena, (s)he was surprised and therefore started making imagination and fantasy and created supernatural and mythical creatures and attributing several issues to them, through which (s)he answered his realistic questions using fantasy responses and therefore mentally persuaded himself/herself. Khorasanian oral literature, which manifests these issues, has been sometimes in prose, and within the framework of stories and fictions, narrations, mazes, proverbs and sometimes as poems and been expressed in the form of masnavi, part, sonnets, couplets, quatrains, materia, etc. In this brief work, the author strives to study elf and fairy in poetic oral literature (lullaby, couplets, quatrains, etc.) of Khorasan. In other words, in this research article we are trying to find out that in which part of Khorasan poetic oral literature, elf and fairy are more manifested and emerged and how is the emergence of these creatures in different frameworks? Examining, studying and researching on public culture and oral literature are a measure to recognize the ancestors and take benefit from their minds and language for a better life. In order to collect the data of this article, 2,007 couplets, 675 quatrains, 954 lullaby, 186 mazes and roughly 3,000 poetic proverbs have been studied, after which it should eventually be specified that these creatures have been created to meet the needs of humans. They have some similar entities in the other culture and some of them are embedded in the public beliefs, and sometimes they have a masculine creation.

Taking into account the reduction of fertility concurrent with attitudinal changes, the present paper examines and predicts the reproductive behavior of women in Tehran province utilizing agent-based modeling with a cultural approach. To this end, a set of scenarios including attitude changes toward abortion, the importance of religiosity, and the impact of the media are taken into account. Simulations have been performed in AnyLogic software, based on the data obtained from the 2017 Iran Fertility Transition Survey (IFTS). The results predict that the total fertility rate of women in Tehran province in 1408 will reach 1.06. These figures are predicted to reach 1.07 and 1.03, respectively, when the increase and decrease in the importance of women's religiosity are considered. If the scenario of increasing and decreasing the positive attitude towards reduction of abortion is evaluated, the total fertility rate will reach 1.02 and 1.07, respectively. Raising awareness and persuasion for childbearing in mass media is predicted to increase total fertility rate slightly to 1.16. However, given the increasing level of literacy and awareness of the society and target population, there is a need for scientific evidence-based planning and media discourse to convince elite and educated women to increase their fertility. This important message should always be considered by policymakers and planners.

Identification of the strategies of each medium requires regular observation or access to their upstream documents. The flaw of this method is that the effectiveness of each strategy is not determined and, sometimes, the techniques employed in the strategies would be ambiguous. In this research, it was attempted to identify strategies that are effective in guiding public opinion by focusing on the target community of the media. So, firstly, 1250 people from the city of Tehran were interviewed and then using logistic regression and correlation test, the public opinion that was formed by satellite, social networks, national television and news sites, were explained.

For researching the meaning of “Ershad”, we can just open a Farsi- Arabic dictionary and find its meaning. If we want to do something more, we can find the meaning of this word in other Farsi -Arabic dictionaries. This is a simple and of course non-scholarly way and its result are not reliable for a studious pursuit. This pursuit is not confirmed by the sciences of linguistics and semantics, as well as, as we will see, it is not justifiable at the history-sociology processes that cause some changes in meanings and concepts.
“Historical transition of Concepts” represents this important fact that the meaning and concepts of language will be evolved during history and it is not as we thought that a word had been used in the same meaning all the time.
Epistemologically, “historical transition of concepts” has a rigid link with how we study this transition. Here we don’t propose to investigate the result of this speech that epistemology anticipates ontology or vise versa. Rather, the point is if we want to offer any evidence for this transition first should think about how to find such evidences and choose an approach for studying its transitions in history process.
At this paper some arrangements about the way of studying historical transition of concepts have been accommodated to researchers and those who care.
First we should know what is the meaning? What is concept? What is the link of the meaning with concept? What is the link of the meaning and concepts with referent? Then we should codify our searching pursuit steps for such research and find well approach for investigating historical transition of concepts.
Principal issue, “the meaning of Islamic Ershad”, should be listed through studying historical transition of concepts by knowing generalities of how studying historical transition of concepts. According to mentioned issues at the end of this paper by asking some questions about the meaning of Islamic Ershad, we have tried to qualify primary issues for preceding the issue of the meaning of Islamic Ershad as lead to a well-rounded searching scheme.
